The new MacBook Pro is way slimmer and faster than the previous versions of Macbook Pro's and it also comes in packed with Mac OS X Mountain Lion.

Apple has also added a HDMI port for high-definition streaming. But 1 Major con with the new Macbook Pro, is thatit doesn't come packed with an Apple SuperDrive and comes with a 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive). The memory, however can get upgraded to 500GB or 700 GB, but that is only by spending a lot of cash. The previous model of MacBook Pro had options of 500GB and 700GB HDD.
It is priced at $2,799 which is very costly, But leaving that apart the screen and processor speed the specifications and are almost similar to the MacBook Air.
Since the MacBook Air has a price starting from just a mere $999, i would suggest anyone with a new MacBook Air or the previous MacBook Pro, should think twice before upgrading to the new Macbook Pro.
I would certainly say that the new MacBook Pro is certainly not the product i would go in for at present, And maybe waiting for the next model maybe worth a little wait.
