Apple iPhone SE 2 to launch soon: Here's what to expect

Apple iPhone SE 2 might sport a similar design to what we have seen on the iPhone 5S/SE

Apple is expected to soon unveil the next generation of the popular Apple iPhone SE. We have seen a lot of leaks and rumours of the iPhone SE 2 till date. However, different reports suggest different things regarding the upcoming smartphone. So, here we have brought all the rumours together and here's what to expect.

Earlier rumours suggested that the Apple iPhone SE 2 will sport a 4-inch display up front and will look quite similar to the original SE from the front. To contradict the report, a leak on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site, arrived. As per the leak on Weibo, the iPhone SE 2 will feature an edge-to-edge design up front just like the Apple iPhone X.

Apple iPhone SE 2 leaked on Weibo

As the phone will carry iPhone X's design from the front, it is expected that the Apple iPhone SE 2 will feature a notch and come with FaceID technology. However, another recent report suggested that the iPhone SE 2 might not come with the FaceID as this is a cheaper iPhone.

So, it is currently unclear what is happening with the Apple iPhone SE 2's design and security. We can expect an edge-to-edge display and Apple might figure out a way to install TouchID on the device. As far as the back is concerned, it is pretty much confirmed that the SE 2 will sport a glass back to enable wireless charging.
