Apple hosting an event on October 30: Here's what to expect

Apple is launching new iPad, MacBook and much more on October 30. Here's everything you need to know about the event

Apple is hosting the event in New York

Apple recently launched the Apple iPhone XS, XS Max and the iPhone XR at the September 12 event. Most people were expecting a new iPad and they were left disappointed. So, the company is now coming up with another event which is set for October 30. Here's everything you can expect from the upcoming Apple event.

New iPad

The new iPad Pro might have smaller bezels

We have seen quite a lot of leaks and rumours till date pointing towards a new Apple iPad Pro. The upcoming iPad Pros are said to come in two sizes, 11-inch and 12.9-inch. The new iPad could also offer a higher screen to body ratio for which it will have to trade in the TouchID and will bring the FaceID in exchange. Surprisingly, the leaks and rumours suggest that Apple is finally planning to ditch the lightning connector on the all-new iPad and will bring in USB Type-C.

Apple MacBook Air 2018

The current MacBook Air looks pretty old due to the chunky bezels

Apple is also said to come with a new MacBook Air with a refreshed design and better internals. The sub-1000USD MacBook is said to come with a total makeover with a new better display, USB type-C port and possibly a TochID system. This will be a good option for those looking for a MacBook on a budget.

Apple might also refresh the Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch and 15-inch with a recently launched Intel 9th Gen core CPUs. There are also high chances that the company might bring a refreshed version of the Mac Pro with a new modular design.

Apple AirPower

AirPower is due for more than a year now

Apple announced the Apple AirPower last year alongside the launch of the Apple iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X. The 2017 iPhones were the first to come with Qi Wireless charging support. According to a teaser by Apple during the launch event, the AirPower can charge your iPhone, Apple Watch and Airpods, all at one place.

Apple AirPods 2

Speaking of the AirPods, the first set of Apple AirPods were introduced back in 2016. It's been more than 2 years since the AirPods have been out. So, there are chances that the company might introduce a new pair of AirPods with wireless charging support, better audio output and a better battery life.
