Asus ZenFone 3 Max with 4,100mAh battery gets a price cut

Asus, the Taiwanese tech giant, has finally dropped the price of its ZenFone 3 Max smartphone. The Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the smartphone includes the massive 4,100mAh battery, fastest autofocus of mere 0.03 seconds and the reverse charging technology where the smartphone can be used as a power bank and provide juice to other devices.

Specifications

The Asus ZenFone 3 Max features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with the Adreno 505 GPU. The ZenFone 3 Max packs in 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. The phone is backed by a 4,100mAh battery with Fast-charging technology and reverse charging functionality. The device runs on Google's Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system with Asus's ZenUI 3.0 layered on top of it. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner at the back.

On the optics front, the ZenFone 3 Max features a 16-megapixel camera at the rear with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection and laser autofocus and a dual-tone LED flash. Up front, the phone comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.2.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Max is available in Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver, Rose Pink and Sand Gold colour variants. The device is available with the new price cut at across all major e-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and leading retail stores including Asus Exclusive Stores across India.

The Asus ZenFone 3 is now available at a discounted price via Amazon India at Rs. 11,999.
