Facebook and Instagram will now have an option to check your daily activity status on the Android and iOS app.
Facebook and Instagram are the two most popular social media platforms. Many people spend a lot of time on these platforms either due to work or just to pass their time. However, what we don't usually notice is how much time we waste on such social networking sites. Facebook has come up with a new activity tab which will also be available on Instagram.
The new activity tab on the Android/iOS app of Facebook and Instagram will allow users to know how much time they have spent on the app.
In the activity tab, you will get to know how much time you spent on the app per day. There will also be a daily average time displayed. In order to reduce the time you spend on the app, you can turn off push notifications for 15mins, 1 hour or even 8 hours.

Under the "Your time on Facebook" tab, you can see your activity on the app and the time you spend on a daily basis. Facebook also allows you to turn off notifications in order to avoid distractions.
In case you do not see the new tabs on the apps, you will have to wait for a few days until the company rolls out the update to everyone.
