Fitbit Charge 3 features a whole new design

Fitbit has introduced a new fitness tracker band in their popular Fitbit Charge series. The new Fitbit Charge 3 is a successor to last years Charge 2 and it brings massive improvements over the last generations. The all-new Fitbit Charge 3 has launched in India at a price of Rs. 14,999 and it will be available via both major online and offline platforms starting November 2018.

Fitbit Charge 3 now comes with a water resistance of up to 50 meters which means you can take it for a quick swim or even use it in the shower. The water resistance also allows the fitness tracker to track the swimming of the user. The new fitness tracker also comes with an enhanced 24/7 PurePulse heart rate technology which brings in more accuracy.

Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro comes with a curved AMOLED display

Samsung Gear Fit series compete directly against the Fitbit Charge series which is why their latest Gear Fit 2 is a great alternative to the Charge 3. Priced at Rs. 10,900, the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro is exclusively available via Flipkart. The smart band features a 1.5-inch curved AMOLED display. It runs on Samsung's own TizenOS and has a bunch of watch faces as well as apps available via the company's own app store.

Huami Amazfit Stratos

Amazfit Stratos offers up to 5 days of battery life

Xiaomi's subsidiary company Huami recently launched two new smartwatches in India, the Amazfit Bip and the Amazfit Stratos. Amazfit Stratos falls under the similar price range to that of the Charge 3. The Stratos features a larger 1.34-inch LCD display with a resolution of 320x320 pixels which also supports the Always-on feature. The device is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of onboard storage. With a 290mAh battery, Huami claims a battery life of up to 5 days.

If you just can't wait for November to arrive, the Fitbit Charge 3 predecessor Charge 2 can offer you 80% of the features with a smaller price tag.
