American Fitness Equipment manufacturer, Garmin launched their latest product in India. The Garmin Vivofit 4 has now been launched in India. The fitness band is available as an Amazon exclusive with a price tag of Rs 4,999. The unique selling point of the band is its battery life lasts more than a year. It also offers activity tracking with an Always on display. However, the year battery life is what the company claims. There are several colour options like Black, White, and Black Speckle. And as for the sizes, the band is available in two sizes regular and large.
"We are sure that Vivofit 4 would revolutionize the fitness industry in India. Although there are several activity trackers in the market, what makes this particular product unique is that under typical use its battery can last up to a year, so you can forget about that charging cord. Vivofit 4 is more than any ordinary activity tracker; it is your personal coach and fitness buddy."
-Ali Rizvi, National Sales Manager, Garmin India, in a press statement
The Garmin Vivofit 4 has a coin cell for a battery. It also features a sunlight-visible, transflective, eight-colour memory-in-pixel (MIP) display. The display panel allows users to view certain basic features such as time, date, timer, stopwatch, and a step counter. The activity tracker has an inbuilt accelerometer to track users activities.
