Like the Mate 20 Pro, the Huawei P30 Pro will also come with a curved display

Huawei is gearing up to launch their first flagship smartphone of 2019, the Huawei P30 Pro. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer will launch the P30 and P30 Pro at an event scheduled for March 26. From design to specifications, here's everything we know so far about the upcoming devices.

Apart from a few changes here and there, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will feature a similar spec sheet. The flagship smartphones will come with the company's latest Kirin 980 processor coupled with Mali-G76 MP10 GPU. While the P30 will feature a 6.1-inch display, the P30 Pro will come with a larger 6.47-inch panel. Both the devices will sport FullHD+ OLED panels. Notably, the display on the P30 Pro will be curved just like the Mate 20 Pro.

Huawei P30 will come with 6GB of RAM whereas the Pro variant will come with 8GB of RAM. While both smartphones will come with 128GB storage as base option, the P20 Pro will also have 256GB and 512GB variants on offer. Both the devices will come with USB Type-C, NFC, In-display Fingerprint Scanner and IP68 dust and water resistance. The P20 and P20 Pro will be backed by a 3,650mAh battery.

Both the flagship smartphones will be available in Black, Twilight and Aurora Blue colour variants. P20 Pro, however, will be available in Sunrise Red colour variant as well.

As for the optics, the Huawei P30 will come with a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 40-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor. The P30 Pro will get a 20-megapixel wide-angle lens and rest will remain the same. Up front, both the phones will come with 32-megapixel selfie shooters.
