Here's how the OnePlus 6T looks like and what to expect from it

OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 6T in October and here's what it will look like and what will be under the hood.

OnePlus has been releasing two flagship smartphones every year since the introduction of the OnePlus 6T. As the dates of the launch of their next smartphone are nearing, in the traditional smartphone industry fashion we have started to witness a ton of leaks and reports about the upcoming OnePlus 6T smartphone.

OnePlus 6T was recently spotted on Giztop, an e-commerce website. The OnePlus 6T has been put up for pre-orders and the website claims that the device is currently out of stock and will only be available after October 16. We have also had leaks before this one which claimed that OnePlus is planning to launch their next smartphone in October this time around.

Specifications

As far as the specifications are concerned, the website claims that the OnePlus 6T will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a 91.5% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. The dual-SIM handset will pack in 6GB or 8GB of RAM coupled with 64GB, 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage. The phone will come with a 3,500mAh battery and run on Android 9 Pie out of the box.

On the optics front, the upcoming smartphone will come with a triple camera set up at the back consisting of a 20-megapixel, a 12-megapixel and a TOF 3D sensor. Up front, there will be a 25-megapixel selfie shooter.

Apart from these impressive set of specifications, the OnePlus 6T will come with a light-sensitive fingerprint sensor under the display. According to the website, the smartphone will be available at a starting price of USD 569 (roughly Rs. 41,000)
