Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant is working on bringing a new gaming smartphone. The upcoming smartphone will be called Black Shark. The smartphone is set to unveil on April 13. We have already seen a lot of leaks and rumours and now we have another teaser.
In the latest teasers on Weibo, Xiaomi has shown us how the smartphone will look like. According to the teaser, the smartphone will have curved edges and the power button will be located to the right. The power button was green which might mean that Black Shark is going with a whole Black and Green theme for the gaming smartphone.
There was also another post on Weibo that claims the Black Shark smartphone will use something called 'X antenna' technology "X antenna" technology. With this, the gaming smartphone will have GPS, Wi-Fi, LTE, and MIMO network modules placed at each corner as shown in the image.

As per previous leaks on AnTuTu, the Black Shark smartphone will feature an 18:9 display with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels. The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. The device will pack in 8GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The smartphone will run on Android 8.0 Oreo.
Xiaomi is launching the Black Shark smartphone in order to compete against the gaming-centric Razer Phone. To recall, the Razer Phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. The device packs in 8GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The smartphone features a 5.7-inch 120Hz IGZO IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels.
