Honor has finally unveiled the much awaited Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro and Honor 20 Lite smartphones. Here's what they have on offer.
Huawei's sub-brand Honor has finally launched the much-awaited Honor 20 series of smartphones. The new series includes three new phones, the Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro and the Honor 20 Lite. While the Honor 20 Pro is a flagship device, the Lite is here as a mid-range device.
Honor 20 Pro is the company's latest flagship smartphone. The smartphone features a 6.26-inch fullView display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels. It is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The device runs on Google's Android 9.0 operating system with Honor's Magic UI 2.1 layered on top of it. Under the hood, there is a 4,000mAh battery, which supports the company's 22.5W Super Charge technology.
In terms of the optics, the Honor 20 Pro sports a quad camera setup, which consists of a 48-megapixel primary, 16-megapixel Super Wide angle, an 8-megapixel telephoto and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
Honor 20 is basically a toned down version of the Honor 20 Pro. The smartphone comes with the same HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor coupled with up to 6GB of RAM. It packs in 128GB of onboard storage. The device runs on Google's Android 9.0 operating system with Honor's Magic UI 2.1 slapped on top of it. All of this is backed by a 3,750mAh battery, which supports the company's 22.5W Super Charge technology.
On the optics front, the Honor 20 comes with a quad camera setup, which consists of a 48-megapixel primary, 16-megapixel Super Wide angle, 2-megapixel depth assist and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The Honor 20 Lite is the most affordable smartphone in the bunch. The smartphone sports a 6.21-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels. It packs in a Kirin 710 chipset and comes with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Under the hood, there is a 3,400mAh battery.
As for the optics, the Honor 20 Lite comes with a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 24-megapixel primary, an 8-megapixel ultra wide and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
While the flagship Honor 20 Pro comes in with a price tag of EUR 599, the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Lite are available at EUR 499 and EUR 299 respectively.
