Huawei Watch GT 2e listed on Flipkart at Rs 19,990, expected to launch soon

Huawei is looking to launch its Watch GT 2e in India soon according to a new report by Gadgets360. According to the report, a product listing was spotted on Flipkart providing us with the specifications and the pricing details of the upcoming watch.

The company has already listed the smartwatch on its official website.

According to the Flipkart listing, Huawei Watch GT 2e is priced at Rs 19,990. After the report came out, Flipkart quickly took down the page. It seems the company was deciding to launch the device today when the COVID-19 lockdown was supposed to end. However, the Government of India extended the lockdown until May 17. Due to which it decided to delay the launch, however, Flipkart might have scheduled the page to go up on the date and might have simply forgotten to unschedule it.

Huawei might still go ahead with the launch, considering that Flipkart along with other e-commerce websites can start shipping non-essential goods to green and orange zones starting May 4. However, it will not be the case for the red zones like Delhi NCR. Customers living in those areas will have to wait a bit longer to get their hands on such products.

The Flipkart listing according to the report reveals two variants for the smartwatch: Active and Sport. It will be made available in three colour options: Graphite Black, Icy White and Mint Green.

Huawei Watch GT 2e: Specifications

Huawei GT 2e sports a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a Retina-grade high resolution. The watch comes with support for 15 professional sport modes and seven indoor activity modes. It is powered by the company's own Kirin A1 processor and can store up to 500 songs.

It comes with a battery life of two weeks on a single charge.
