iPhone 8 to come with a resizable home button: Report

Apple has been reportedly working on next generation of the iPhone which is said to be announced later next month. The smartphone has got a lot of hype lately and people are curious to know how the phone would look like. However, there have been a lot of rumours and leaks about the next iPhone which is currently being dubbed as iPhone 8. A recent report claimed that the smartphone will come with a nearly bezel-less display which was further confirmed with the recent HomePod codes. The codes have now also revealed that the iPhone 8 might come with a resizable home button.

A video by Danny Winget flaunts the three colour variants of the smartphone. However, these colours might have different hue or be totally changed when the company announces the smartphone. The colours showed in the video include - Black, Silver and a new Copper Gold version.

Meanwhile, another report has suggested that the iPhone 8 might not b unveiled until this November due to some issues the company is facing with the smartphone's fingerprint sensor placement. Reports suggest, a developer named Steve Troughton-Smith dug into the HomePod codes and found out about the resizable home button on the upcoming iPhone. The developer also said that there could also be an option to hide the home button. He also added that there is no API the to change colour of the home button and that the tab bars extend under it.

There is also a report which claims that the Pearl ID, Apple's code name for their new facial recognition system, will be able to store multiple faces and customers will b able to use it for Apple Pay. The feature i discovered by developer Guilherme Rambo and it is reported by TheVerge.
