Micromax In Note 2 with MediaTek Helio G95 SoC, 4GB RAM launched in India: Price, specifications

Micromax just launched its In Note 2 smartphone in India, which will go up against the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021, Motorola Moto G31 and the Realme 8i. The device comes in two distinct colour options, both with a metal finish on top, similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 series.

Key features of the device include MediaTek Helio G95 SoC, a 20:9 AMOLED display with a hole-punch design, quad rear cameras and more.

Micromax In Note 2: Price in India

Micromax In Note 2 is priced at Rs 13,490 for the sole 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant. The device will be made available in India on January 30 via the company's own official website and Flipkart. It has been launched in Black and Brown (Oak) colour options.

As an introductory offer, the company will make the Micromax In Note 2 available at Rs 12,490 for a limited time.

Micromax In Note 2: Specifications

Micromax In Note 2 sports a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display comes with Gorilla Glass protection on top. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. The device runs Google's Android 11 operating system in its stock configuration. All of this is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging. The company claims that the device can charge up to 50 percent within 25 minutes from 0.

For security, the device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face recognition via the front camera.

Coming to the optics, the Micromax In Note 2 sports a quad-camera setup at the back consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 5-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the device comes with a 16-megapixel sensor for taking selfies.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
