Nubia Red Magic Mars with 10GB RAM and Snapdragon 845 launched

The successor to Nubia Red Magic gaming phone launched, is called Nubia Red Magic Mars. It comes with flagship specifications at a great price.

Nubia has launched a new gaming smartphone, Nubia Red Magic Mars with 10GB of RAM. It is the successor to the company's older Red Magic gaming smartphone. It is available in Meteorite Black, Flame Red, Camouflage colour options. The Camouflage colour option is only available for the highest model and comes with a special fingerprint-resistant coating. All the three colour options come with an RGB lighting strip on the back.

The device is priced at CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 27,413) for the 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. The 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage variant is priced at CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs. 32,492). Whereas the 10GB RAM/256GB internal storage variant is priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 40,617).

Nubia Red Magic Mars sports a 6-inch full HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2160x1080 pixels. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor paired with Adreno 630 GPU. The device comes in three RAM/storage variants 6GB/8GB/10GB RAM along with 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage.

The smartphone features two touch-sensitive shoulder buttons and a linear motor, which enables 4D shock haptic feedback. It also comes with dual heat pipes and convection cooling technology. Nubia has added stereo speakers with DTS 7.1 audio support. It runs Google's latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system with the company's own Red Magic OS UI skin on top. All of this is backed by a 3,800mAh non-removable battery.

In the camera department, Nubia Red Magic Mars features a 16-megapixel primary camera on the back. On the front, it sports an 8-megapixel shooter for video calls and taking selfies.
