OnePlus has finally launched the OnePlus 6T smartphone at an event in New York. Here's everything you need to know
OnePlus has finally taken the wraps off their latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 6T. The highlights of the smartphone include the in-display fingerprint scanner and the teardrop style notch up top. Here's everything you need to know about the latest offering by OnePlus.
As for the specifications, the OnePlus 6T features a 6.4-inch FullHD+ Super AMOLED display. The smartphone is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with the Adreno 630 GPU. The dual-SIM handset packs in 6GB or 8GB of RAM coupled with up to 256GB of onboard storage. The device runs on OxygenOS based on Google's Android 9 Pie operating system. All of this will be backed by a 3,700mAh battery with support for the company's own fast charging technology.
On the optics front, the OnePlus 6T features a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 16-megapixel primary and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor. Up front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

OnePlus has once again priced its latest flagship very aggressively. The smartphone will be available starting October 29, 5PM via T-Mobile. The phone will be available at a starting price of USD 549. The 128GB and 256GB with 8GB RAM variants of the smartphone are priced at USD 579 and USD 629 respectively. Alongside the OnePlus 6T, the company has also launched the Type-C Bullets earphones which will be available for a price of USD 19.95. There is also a new backpack and a new fifth anniversary variant of the Bullets Wireless for a price of USD 99 and USD 69.
The OnePlus will be launching in India on October 30 at an event in New Delhi at 8:30 PM. The India pricing and availability details will be shared at the New Delhi event tomorrow.
