You will be able to book the device both online and offline, however, the offline booking will start from August 24. Currently, to pre-book the Jio Phone people can only do it via SMS.
Customers can now register to buy a Reliance Jio Phone just by sending a message to Reliance Jio. Users will have to send a message to 7021170211 containing the text JP<Your Area Pin Code><Nearer Jio Store Code>. After you send the message you will receive a confirmation message from Jio thanking you for pre-booking the device.
After some time the Jio store representative will contact you via a voice call or text to get all the necessary data of the customer.
