PUBG Mobile 0.8.0 update to roll out on September 12. It introduces a new map, weapons, vehicles and much more.
Tencent Games is gearing up to launch the much awaited 0.8.0 update for PUBG Mobile. The Player Unknown's Battlegrounds Mobile will get a new map and a bunch of changes with this new update. Users will be receiving the update tomorrow, September 12, 2018.
The most noticeable changes of the new 0.8.0 update include the new map which is called Sanhok. The Sanhok map has been on the PUBG PC and the PUBG Mobile beta for a while now. In fact, the map just made its way for Xbox recently. The users will be able to try the new map on PUBG Mobile starting tomorrow.
Apart from the new map, the update also brings in new vehicles which include Bulletproof UAZ and Muscle Car. There is also a new weapon called QBZ which is an assault rifle that uses the 5.56mm ammo. It is most likely to replace the SCAR-L in the new Sanhok map.
Other changes include the changes to the UI and settings which now limits on auto-pickup of ammo. Also, during the waiting time giving before a match, players can throw apples at each other. The changes that are specific to the Sanhok map are the availability of the 8X scope only via the air drops which means that you will not be able to find the 8X scope randomly.
