Realme smart band, which will go head-on against the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 and the Honor Band 5 in India and is expected to be priced similarly.
Realme has released another AskMadhav episode, in which the company's CEO, Madhav Sheth reveals that the company is working on a fitness wearable, which will launch in the first half of 2020. He does not reveal if the company will launch a fitness band or a smartwatch.
The device is expected to be a smart band, which will go head-on against the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 and the Honor Band 5 in India and is expected to be priced similarly.
In the episode, Sheth also states that the company has a target of becoming the largest tech lifestyle brand in the country, instead of just being a smartphone brand. To bolster this point, he said that the company apart from smartphones also offers customers Buds Wireless, Buds Air, power banks and PaySa financial app. The company also plans to launch products in other categories soon.

Realme XT will soon be getting Dolby Atmos support for Bluetooth earphones, whenever the Android 10 update rolls out. Sheth also stated that the company will make a lot of Internet of Things (IoT) product announcements in 2020.
