Samsung Galaxy A70 launched in India: Price, specifications and more

Samsung Galaxy A70 is available in three colour variants.

Samsung recently unveiled a couple of new A-series smartphones at an event in Bangkok. One of those smartphones was the Samsung Galaxy A70. The device is finally arriving in India and will be priced at Rs. 28,990. The key highlights of the smartphone include the Super AMOLED Infinity-U display, on-screen fingerprint sensor, a 4,500mAh battery and much more.

Samsung Galaxy A70 Specifications

Samsung Galaxy A70 features a 6.7-inch FullHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. The device is powered by the mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor. It packs in 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. The dual-SIM handset runs on Android 9 Pie based One UI out of the box. All of this is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with support for fast charging technology.

In terms of the optics, the Samsung Galaxy A70 comes with a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 32-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

Price and Availability

The all-new Samsung Galaxy A70 will go on pre-booking starting April 20 and interested buyers can pre-book the device until the end of this month. The smartphone will be available only in a single variant and it is priced at Rs. 28,990. It will be available via retail stores, Flipkart, Samsung e-shop, and Samsung opera house. The phone will be available in three colour variants, Blue, Black and White.

Additionally, the users who pre-book the device can purchase the Samsung U Flex wireless in-ear headphones for just Rs. 999 instead of its usual Rs. 3,799 price tag.
