Samsung Galaxy J6 has now received a price cut in India. Here are some alternatives available at a similar price range.
Samsung recently launched the mid-range Galaxy J6 in India. The Samsung Galaxy J6 is one of the few mid-range smartphones by the company to sport an Infinity Display. The smartphone was initially priced at Rs. 16,490. The device has now received a price cut and it is now available for just Rs. 15,990.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy J6 features a 5.6-inch SuperAMOLED display with a resolution of 720x1480 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The smartphone is powered by the company's in-house Exynos 7870 processor. The dual-SIM handset packs in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The phone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, there is a 3,000mAh battery powering up the internals.
On the optics front, the Samsung Galaxy J6 sports a 13-megapixel camera at the back with f/1.9 aperture. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display. The dual-SIM handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC. The ZenFone Max Pro M1 comes in 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB variants. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 10,999 for the 32GB variant while the 64GB variant retails for Rs. 12,999.
Honor 9 Lite features a 5.65-inch with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM. For storage, the dual-SIM handset comes with 32GB or 64GB of onboard storage which is further expandable using a microSD card.
