Samsung has launched another mid-range smartphone in Thailand, the Samsung Galaxy J7+. This smartphone adds up to the Samsung's popular mid-range J7-series. The USP (Unique selling proposition) of the Galaxy J7+ is the dual camera setup sitting at the back of the smartphone. This is the second phone from the company to feature a dual camera setup, first being the flagship Galaxy Note 8.
Samsung Galaxy J7+ features a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels resulting in a pixel density of 401ppi. The mid-range smartphone is powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, which is neither Samsung's in-house Exynos or Qualcomm's Snapdragon. This time the company decided to go with MediaTek Helio P20 chipset, which is not mentioned on the official spec-sheet but earlier leaks and the 2.4GHz octa-core processor point towards MediaTek Helio P20. The device packs in 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 256GB. All of this is backed by a 3,000mAh battery which is smaller than the J7 Pro and the J7 (2017).
