Samsung has silently launched the successor to the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime in India. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 is another mid-range smartphone from the company. The company silently listed the smartphone on their website where it is currently showing 'Sold Out'.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. The device packs in 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The storage on the handset is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Samsung Experience UI layered on top of it. Under the hood, there is a 3,300mAh battery powering up the internals.
On the optics front, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 sports a 13-megapixel camera at the back with f/1.9 aperture and a LED flash. Up front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie shooter.

As for the connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 supports 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi
802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Glonass, Beidou and a microUSB port. The smartphone will also come with features like Social Camera, Samsung Mall and Samsung Pay Mini.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 is priced at Rs. 13,990. The smartphone is currently listed only on Samsung's website and will soon be officially available for purchase. The smartphone will be available in Gold and Black colour variants at online as well as offline stores soon.
