Amazon India is gearing up to bring the Prime Day sale again. The sale is set to begin at 12 noon on July 16 and will run for 36 hours. During the sale, customers can grab the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which is currently priced at Rs. 55,990, for an effective price of Rs. 41,990. Here's how you can do that.
As a part of the sale, Amazon and HDFC have partnered up to offer Rs. 4,000 cashback on purchase of the smartphone. Users will need to complete the transaction using an HDFC debit or credit card. Also, customers can avail no cost EMI option for up to 9 months. Further, customers can use the exchange program to get an additional discount of up to Rs. 10,000. The HDFC cashback and the exchange offer together will bring down the phone's price from Rs. 55,990 to Rs. 41,990.
As for the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 features a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution 1440x2960 pixels and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by the Exynos 8895 octa-core chipset. The device packs in 6GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of onboard storage. The dual-SIM handset currently runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, there is a 3,300mAh battery powering up the internals.
