South Korean Giant, Samsung just unveiled their latest addition to their budget series of smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime is the latest addition to the line-up by the company. Its main selling point is the Samsung Pay mini support, an all-new Samsung Mall visual search feature. The device was recently spotted on the Samsung's UAE Site but is now made available in the country with many features which make it an interesting choice.
It is the first smartphone with the Samsung Mall feature. It was announced with the smartphone today. The Samsung Mall is a feature of the camera application which lets users take a photo of a product or use an existing image from their gallery and make use of an advanced ai to find the product across various shopping sites. If users like the product and the price, they can proceed to add it to their Universal Cart as Samsung calls it. Samsung calls this feature as All-in-one Shopping.
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime sports 5.5-inch full-HD 1080x1920 pixels PLS TFT LCD display with 16M colour depth. The display sports a 16:9 display resolution though with big chunky bezels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 SoC coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime sports a 13-megapixel CMOS with a f/1.9 aperture camera at the back. For the selfies, it bears the same sensor and an aperture. There is two variant of the device available at the moment. One with a 3GB RAM and a 32GB of storage and one with a 4GB RAM and 64 storage. Both of the variants come with a micro-sd card slot with up to 256GB storage option.

The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with the Samsung Experience 8.5 skin on the top. All of this is backed up by a 3,300mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime is available in India at a starting price of Rs 12,990 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage variant and Rs 14,990 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage variant. The phone will be available in Black and Gold variants. The device is only available on Amazon.in and Samsung Stores. The device will go on sale starting January 20th. If you are looking for launch offers, they include a Rs 2,000 cashback for JioMoney users, if they use the Rs 299 recharge for the next 24 months. The first Rs of the 800 cashback deal will be given after 12 months, and the next Rs 1,200 will be given after the 24 months period have ended.
