The new Sony Xperia Z sports a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core processor, 2 GB RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). The 5" inch display supports a full HD resolution of upto 1920 X 1080 pixels. It is also quite light at 146 grams. Sony Xperia Z will be available with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. It will also have a camera of 13.1MP rear facing and a 2MP front facing camera. Along with NFC and 4G/LTE capabilities, this will also have a microSD slot for expansion upto 32 GB.
