Tinder introduces Swipe Surge: Get a date faster than ever

Popular dating app, Tinder, introduces the all-new Swipe Surge feature which will make your chances of a new conversation 33 percent higher.

Tinder is currently one of the most popular dating applications

Tinder has introduced a new feature called Swipe Surge which alerts users of high activity. With the new feature, the popular dating application is looking forward to making your matches quite quicker during a surge. This can set you up dates quickly when the traffic is high in your area.

Swipe Surge is a simple feature which will notice a period where a high amount of people are using the app in a specific location. The dating app will then send push notifications to everyone in that area about the high amount of traffic. This will help people to get matches quicker than ever. In order to receive such notifications, you should make sure that your Push Notifications are turned on.

Additionally, Swipe Surge participants will have another advantage where their profile will be boosted on the top. Notably, Tinder charges users to get them to the top of the line while Swipe Surge gets them there for free.

The company claims in a press note that during a swipe surge, the activity increases up by 15x and the matchmaking potential is increased by 250 percent. They also claim that a user can no start a conversation 33 percent faster than before.
