Chinese smartphone manufacturer Honor has just launched a new budget smartphone in their home country. Honor 8A comes with a water drop style notch and a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. It is launched for a price of CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,200). Here are some alternatives that can offer better value.

Realme C1

RealMe C1 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset

Realme recently launched the Realme C1 under its budget category of devices. It comes with a 6.2-inch notched HD display and it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC. It packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage, which is further expandable using a microSD card. All of this comes in at just Rs. 7,499.

Lenovo K9

Lenovo K9 sports a glass sandwich design

Lenovo K9 is one of the very few smartphones that offer a USB Type-C port in the budget category. It comes with a MediaTek P22 processor and 3GB of RAM. It features a 5.7-inch HD+ display.
