Xiaomi Mi Max 2 successor Mi Max 3 is launching soon. All the details have been leaked a few days ahead of the launch.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 in their home country. Mi Max series consist of smartphones with huge screens which primarily focus towards entertainment. The images of the retail box of the upcoming smartphone have been shared online giving us basic information on the device.
As for the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a 6.9-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio according to the box. The box further claims that the smartphone sports a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary one. It also says that the smartphone packs in a massive 5,500mAh battery. The leaked images are of the 4GB+64GB variant's retail box.

As per the previous leaks and rumours, the dual-SIM handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC. The device is most likely to get three variants, 3GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB and the top of the line variant will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal space.
In terms of pricing, the rumours suggest that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be priced at around CNY 1699 which roughly converts to Rs. 17,400. The smartphone will be launched at an event which will be held on July 19 and kick off at 7:30 PM CST (5 PM IST). The phablet is also expected to make its way to the Indian shelves soon.
