Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant is hosting a launch event in China today. The company is gearing up to launch the much-awaited Redmi 6 Pro alongside the Mi Pad 4. As always the company has scheduled a live stream so that Mi fans from around the globe can enjoy the launch event.
The upcoming Redmi 6 Pro will be an addition to the line up while the Mi Pad 4 is a successor to the Mi Pad 3. The company might also make a few more announcements alongside the launch of these two new products. The launch event is scheduled for today, July 25. As far as the specifications are concerned, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is said to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. The smartphone is expected to come with a 5.84-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The dual-SIM handset will be available with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The Redmi 6 Pro is most likely to run Android Oreo-based MIUI 10 out of the box. All of this will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

In terms of specifications, the Mi Pad 4 will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The tablet is said to feature an 8-inch FullHD display with a weird 16:10 aspect ratio. The device will house a massive 6,000mAh battery and will run on Android Oreo out of the box.
