Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is now gearing up to introduce another smartphone, the Mi 6C. As the company prepares the smartphone, just like every other upcoming smartphone, the leaks have already started surfacing online. Xiaomi is also working on a mid-range device, the Redmi Note 5 which will be a successor to the company's most popular Redmi Note 4 smartphone. The upcoming Redmi Note 5 will sport an 18:9 aspect ratio competing against the likes of LG Q6 and Micromax Infinity.
Coming back to the Mi 6C, the smartphone was spotted online by GizmoChina, a Chinese technology blog. The site does not claim it to be the Mi 6C nor there is any name given to the smartphone. However, reports suggest that the smartphone is the Xiaomi's Mi 6C. The images leaked show a device that flaunts a display with minimal bezels like on the OnePlus 5T or the Samsung Galaxy S8. The images also show a USB Type-C at the bottom surrounded by two speaker grills.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the rumours suggest that the Mi 6C is powered by Xiaomi's own Surge S2 SoC which is an octa-core chipset clocked coupled with the Mali G71MP8 GPU for graphics. The smartphone will feature a dual camera setup at the back consisting of a 12-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi 6C which is speculated to be called the Mi 6X will arrive in China next month. Reports claim that the smartphone will be priced at around CNY 1,499 which roughly converts to Rs. 14,650.
