Asus, the Taiwanese tech giant, has recently unveiled a few smartphone under its ZenFone 4 series. Expanding the portfolio, the company has launched the ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite. The new smartphone is basically a cheaper variant of the existing ZenFone 4 Selfie. As the name suggests, the highlight of the smartphone is its 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
As far as the specifications are concerned, Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The phone comes with 2GB of RAM and there are two storage variants. The two storage variants being the 16GB and 32GB, are also expandable up to 2TB using a dedicated microSD card. The Selfie Lite is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

As for the optics, the ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with a LED flash. Up front, the phone features a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and a selfie flash for better low light selfies.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite has been launched in the Philipines. The smartphone is priced at $156 (roughly Rs.10,200) for the base variant as per Revu, a Philippines-based site. The phone is currently available in Deepsea Black, Mint Green, Rose Pink, and Sunlight Gold colour variants. However, there is no word on as of when will the ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite will hit the other markets.
