BlackBerry has finally unveiled one of the most anticipated smartphones, the BlackBerry Motion. After a lot of leaks and rumours, the company has finally taken the wraps off the smartphone. The smartphone was unveiled at the GIATEX technology week held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Motion is much similar to the company's earlier launched KEYone, but this time it is without a physical keyboard. The phone is also IP67 rated which makes it dust and water resistant.
The BlackBerry Motion is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The storage on the phone is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. Under the hood, the motion packs in a 4,000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box.

In the camera segment, the BlackBerry Motion sports a 12-megapixel camera sensor at the back with f/2.0 aperture and a dual tone LED flash. Up front, the phone comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the BlackBerry Motion is launched in Dubai and will hit the middle-east markets at a price tag of around $460 (roughly Rs. 30,100). however, there is no word on as of when the smartphone will be launched in other parts of the globe.
