Huawei P20 sports a 5.8-inch FullView display with 2440x1080 display resolution. While the Pro variant sports a 6.1-inch OLED display and 2440x1080 display resolution. Both of the devices are powered by Huawei's in-house developed Kirin 970 processor. The new Kirin processor has inbuilt support for the AI and neural networks. The smaller variant comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. While the bigger pro variant bumps up the RAM to 6GB.
Both of the devices sport a Notch and a front facing fingerprint sensor. Also, both the smartphones ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack. However, these devices have IP certification. The smaller variant comes with an IP 58 certification and the bigger pro variant comes with IP67 certification. The smaller variant is backed up by a 3,500mAH battery and the bigger variant is backed up by a 4,000mAh battery.
The most important aspect of these smartphones is its cameras. For the selfie, both of the devices sport a 24-megapixel f/2.0 aperture camera sensor. That's the biggest selfie shooter in terms of megapixels. The smaller variant comes with dual rear cameras with 0-megapixel f/1.6 and f/1.8 aperture sensors. The bigger pro variant sports a triple camera setup. That's something unheard of on production smartphones. It consists of a 40-megapixel RGB sensor with f/1.8 aperture. Along with that, we get a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor with f/1.6 aperture and an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor with a f/2.4 aperture.
The Huawei P20 costs €649(~ Rs 52,000) and is available starting now. The Pro variant is available for €899(~ Rs 72,000) starting April 6th. Both the devices are available in Midnight Blue, Graphite Black, Pink Gold colours.
