Huawei Y9s 'Notify Me' page live on Amazon, reveals all specifications ahead of launch. Will be made available soon in India.
Huawei is looking to launch its next smartphone offering, the Huawei Y9s in India soon. The company has setup a 'Notify Me' page at Amazon for interested people to register interest. It has not revealed the exact date of launch or the pricing details of the device. It will be made available in Midnight Black and Breathing Crystal colour options.
The company claims that its Huawei Y9s will be the most budget-friendly smartphone for millennials, who are just entering the corporate world. With the key feature being a 4,000mAh battery, which will be able to power the device throughout the day.
Huawei Y9s sports a 6.59-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a 391PPI density. It comes with a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio with no notches or hole-punch cutouts, thanks to the motorised pop-up camera module.
It is powered by the company's own Kirin 710F processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. For security, the device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which unlocks the phone within 0.3 seconds according to the brand.

It is unknown if the device will come with support for Google services like the Play Store, Gmail, YouTube and more? Or will it not come with them and instead include alternatives like the Huawei App Gallery? Guess, we will just have to wait and see.
Huawei Y9s sports a triple back camera setup, consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. On the front, it features a 16-megapixel sensor for video calls and taking selfies.
