The thin and light profile makes it easier to carry the laptop around while the 8-hour battery backup is just an icing on the cake.
Though the aluminium body makes the laptop a bit heavy, it helps in increasing the durability of the device. Keeping up to the 2018 standards, the laptop does come with a USB Type-C port, two regular USB ports (USB 3.0), an HDMI port, a headphone jack and a full SD card reader. The port selection shows that Lenovo did not cut down on any corners while making the laptop thin and light.
