LG has finally launched the LG V40 ThinQ in India. Here is all you need to know about this latest smartphone by LG.
Korean Manufacturer, LG has finally launched their latest and greatest, the LG V40 ThinQ in India. The online retailer Amazon has started accepting pre-orders for the smartphone. The company says that the shipping will begin on January 24th. The LG V40 ThinQ sports a triple rear camera set up along with a dual front camera setup. The V40 ThinQ also includes a Snapdragon 845 SoC and a 19.5:9 OLED display with a notch.
Like the V30, the V40 sports a military-grade build with MIL-STD-810 certification and is IP68-certified water and dust resistant. Also, like the V30, the V40 has Boombox speaker along with a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad-DAC audio and DTS:X 3D surround sound experience.

The LG V40 ThinQ runs Android 8.1 Oreo and sports a 6.4-inch QHD+ (1440x3120 pixels) OLED FullVision display panel with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio along with a Notch0. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of storage.
For the optics, the triple rear camera setup includes a 12-megapixel sensor with an f/1.5 aperture along with a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor with an f/1.9 aperture and a 12-megapixel f/2.4 aperture telephoto sensor. For selfies, the smartphone sports a dual camera setup consisting of a 8-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and a 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor along with f/2.2 aperture.

The LG V40 ThinQ has been launched in India for Rs 60,000. However, Amazon India is setting the smartphone for Rs 49,990 as of now. The Amazon Prime members have early access to their upcoming Great India Sale where can then get 10% off with the HDFC card. There are also Rs 1000 cashback for prime members and 6-month no cost EMI options. For non prime members, the sale will start tomorrow.
Amazon.in is also offering a free one-time screen replacement worth Rs. 16,750 valid for the six months from the date of purchase. Also, you can also get Rs 5000 extra on an exchange of an old smartphone.
