HMD Global made the comeback possible for Nokia to the smartphone industry. The company recently started introducing Android smartphones in the market. Nokia is now working on expanding its portfolio in order to keep up with the competition. The company recently unveiled the Nokia 7 and the company is now supposedly working on a Plus variant of the same.
Nokia might take the advantage of the upcoming MWC 2018 event to unveil the Nokia 7 Plus. At the event, the company might also unveil the much awaited Nokia 1 and Nokia 9. Coming back to the Nokia 7 Plus, recent reports have revealed some of the key features of the smartphone. Specifications and design of the upcoming smartphone have also been leaked.
Reports by NokiaPowerUser and ithome have contributed to give some useful information about the smartphone. According to the reports, the Nokia 7 Plus will sport a 6-inch IPS LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The display will come with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset will sit at the heart of the Nokia 7 Plus. The device will pack in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Storage will be expandable using a microSD card. The Nokia 7 Plus will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

As for the optics, the Nokia 7 Plus is said to come with a dual camera setup at the back. There will be a 12-megapixel and a 13-megapixel rear camera setup with Carl Zeiss lenses. Up front, there will be a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. The smartphone will also feature a USB Type-C port with quick charging support.
