Nokia is one of the few OEMs that have already started pushing out the Android 9 Pie update on their smartphones. The Nokia 7 Plus is the first Nokia smartphone to get the latest iteration of Android. The company has already started rolling out the update and you should soon get a notification about the same.
Nokia 7 Plus is a part of Google's Android One program which explains why Nokia was able to provide the update soon enough. The new update brings overall performance improvements to the device. Android Pie introduces gesture-based navigation, app actions and much more. However, the much-hyped Digital Wellbeing feature is still missing as it is not even currently available for the Pixel devices. Apart from the new version of Android, Nokia also brings bug fixes and performance improvements to the Nokia 7 Plus.
Nokia 7 Plus Specifications
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Nokia 7 Plus sports a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. The dual-SIM handset packs in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. All of this is backed by a 3,800mAh battery.

On the optics front, the smartphone sports a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 12-megapixel and a 13-megapixel sensor. Up front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
