Panasonic, the Japanese tech giant, has launched the Eluga C in Taiwan expanding its portfolio. The unique selling proposition of the smartphone is the nearly bezel-less display up front with a screen-to-body ratio of 84.6 percent. The display on the smartphone does not have any bezels on top or either side but does have a pretty huge chin. The design is something similar to the Xiaomi Mi Mix and the Doogee Mix. The dual-camera setup at the back also adds up to the highlights of the smartphone.
Specifications
As for the specifications, the Panasonic Eluga C features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek MT6750T processor which is an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. The device packs in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card. Under the hood, there is a 3,000mAh battery powering up the device. The Eluga C runs on Android 7.0 Nogat out of the box.

As far as the optics are concerned, the Panasonic Eluga C sports a dual camera setup at the back which consists of a 13-megapixel sensor combined with a 5-megapixel sensor. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
On the connectivity front, the Eluga C supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB port. The smartphone also comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded right into the home button up front. The company claims that the fingerprint scanner can unlock the device in 0.3 seconds.
The Panasonic Eluga C is currently priced at TWD 6,000 which roughly converts to Rs. 12,900. The smartphone is available in Pink and Blue colour options.
