Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners reportedly having touchscreen issues

Samsung, a few weeks ago, launched the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+. The smartphone went on sale just a few days ago and complaints have already started to rise. Some Galaxy S9 and S9+ users complaining that there are a few dead zones on their smartphone where the touch is not getting registered.

Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners are experiencing the problem only at a few locations in the display. A Reddit user even posted a gif of his Galaxy S9 where he opened up the keyboard and was not able to get feedback on pressing letters E, R and T.

In case you are experiencing such problems, you can temporarily increase the size of your keyboard or use external keyboard and mouse. However, you should head over to your nearest Samsung service centre in order to get it serviced or replaced. We are also waiting for what Samsung has to say about this issue.

To recall, Samsung Galaxy S8 owners faced a problem with the display where the users started noticing burn-ins near the home button. Samsung soon fixed the issue by rolling out a software update. Samsung also had a bad past with Galaxy Note 7 where the smartphone just stated exploding even after the recall.
