Samsung today launched the highly-anticipated Galaxy Note 8. During the launch event in New York, the company did announce that they will be unveiling more products while showcasing the Galaxy Note 8 at IFA 2017, Berlin. In the background, while this announcement was being made a smartwatch shadow could be seen confirming that they will be launching the Samsung Gear S4 smartwatch there.
Previously, the company accidentally had also leaked that they will be launching the Gear Fit 2 Pro at Berlin too. IFA 2017 will be starting next week, and we know that Samsung could bring more new devices there but these two are the most interesting ones as the Gear S3 was an extreme hit for the company.
This is a trend that Samsung has been following for quite some time, last year the company introduced its Gear S3 smartwatch there only. And prior to that, the previous generation Gear smartwatch was also released during IFA.

CNBC reported that during a chat with DJ Koh, President, Samsung Mobile Division, he told them that they will be launching a new Gear S smartwatch during IFA, after which he further said no comment.
We currently know nothing about the Samsung Gear S4 smartwatch as the company is being extremely secretive about it. However, we do know that the Gear Fit 2 Pro will come with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display, 4GB of Internal Storage, Water resistance up to 50 meters. It will be powered by a 200mAh battery.
