Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite alongside the much awaited the Mi A2. The launch date is currently set for July 24 which will be hosted by Xiaomi in Spain. However, the Mi A2 Lite is already up for sale via the e-commerce website AliExpress which gives us a lot of details about the upcoming smartphone.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is priced at USD 189.99 (roughly Rs. 13,000) for the 3GB+32GB variant while the 4GB+64GB variant is listed for USD 209.99 (roughly Rs. 14,500). According to previous leaks, the Mi A2 Lite was spotted in Poland for PLN 999 (roughly Rs. 18,600).

AliExpress not only gave us the pricing details but also mentioned the specifications of the listed smartphone. As per AliExpress, the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite features a 5.84-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080x2280 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. The dual-SIM handset packs in 3GB or 4GB of RAM coupled with 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable using a microSD card. The Mi A2 Lite is a part of Google's Android One programme and as a result, it runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo. All of this is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

In terms of cameras, the Xiaomi Mi A2 comes with a dual-camera setup at the back consisting of a 12-megapixel primary and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Up front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.
These specifications and pricing details give us a lot of information about the device. However, we still have to wait for the official launch to know more about its elder sibling Mi A2.
