Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant, has finally launched the much-awaited Mi Mix 2 in India. The smartphone was first launched in September. The bezel-less smartphone has now finally made its way to India. It is the successor to the last year's popular Mi Mix which was one of the first smartphones with a full-screen display. The Mi Mix 2 offers flagship specifications with a ceramic body and a beautiful display. The highlight of the smartphone is its display which is a full-screen display with now bezels except the chin.
The Xiamoi Mi Mix 2 features a 5.99-inch IPS LCD full-screen display with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels resulting in a pixel density of 403ppi. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. The phone packs in 6GB of RAM coupled with 128GB of onboard storage. The Mi Mix 2 is backed by a 3,400mAh battery. The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with MIUI 9 layered on top of it out of the box.

On the optics front, the Mi Mix 2 sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus, Optical Image Stabilization (4-axis) and a dual tone LED flash. Up front, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is launched in India at a price of Rs. 35,999. The smartphone will be available starting October 17 at 12 noon via the e-commerce website Flipkart. The phone will go on sale via Mi website and the offline stores starting the first week of November.
