Xiaomi has just launched its Mi Router 4C in India. This variant of the wireless router comes with four high-performance omni-directional antennae. It supports the 2.4GHz band and offers its users speeds of up to 300Mbps.
The Mi Router 4C is priced at Rs. 999 and replaces the earlier Router 3C variant with four antennae. It is available only in the White colour option via Mi.com. The device will soon be made available in the offline market too.
The router was first launched in China last year. It comes with 64MB of RAM along with 16MB Nor Flash storage. The router can be controlled via the Mi Wi-Fi app, providing users with features like bandwidth optimisation tools and parental controls.
The device comes with support for the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 bands, thus offering users speeds of up to 300Mbps. It is powered by the MediaTek MT7628N processor paired with 64MB of RAM along with 16MB Nor Flash storage.

It can connect with up to 64 devices at a time, which is almost eight times more than more general routers.
With the Router 4C users also have the option to set bandwidth via the QoS (Quality of Service) tool located inside of the Mi Wi-Fi app. Other than this, users can also set parental controls to manage what children can view directly from the app.
