Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 with it's MIUI 7 has really big shoes to fill as it's predecessor has left really high expectations. When we compare the Redmi Note 2 to the Redmi Note, there are no major changes in the design area and we love it as it is simple and sleek not like some other manufacturers who trying to make a eye catching design went overboard and made huge mistakes. While the differences also do count and are big as it cut its weight down from 192g to 160g, and also Xiaomi made its footprint a little less by 2mm. The result of all this was keeping the screen bigger for the people who want it and also to make it easier for them to handle.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 looks great in hand and imitates the iPhone 5C or some Lumia smartphones with its high gloss back, and being so highly glossed we were amazed that it is not a fingerprint magnet.

The screen is 5.5 inches and has a 1090p HD Display, And the 2GB RAM makes the phone real snappy at performance, and thank god Xiaomi did not make the cover non openable and also had a removable battery continuing on the trend that its predecessor had.
Camera:
We did not have a lot time with the camera, but whatsoever time we got to use the camera we found that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 was able to focus very quickly and the color of the images were crisp and clear. However we also found that in low light conditions there was some additional noise when the picture was taken.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 with MIUI 7 faces really tough competition but comes to the top persevering and beating the competition by having the advantage of maintaining the quality and being consistent in its quality which is often termed as the strength of a good tech device.
