OnePlus recently launched its Nord CE 3 Lite smartphone in India. It is a very compelling mid-ranger with a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 5,000mAh battery and 67W fast charging support starting at Rs 19,999 (approximately $250; AU$ 365). Since then, the company has not revealed any plans about launching the device in other countries. However, a user on the OnePlus forums has uncovered something that hints the company could rebrand the device and launch it in the US market.
The user suggests that the device could be rebranded as the OnePlus Nord N30 and launched in the US market. If true, then this would make it the successor to the Nord N20, which was launched in the US last year. Compared side by side, the Nord CE 3 Lite features a 120Hz refresh rate and has a higher resolution main camera, but loses on the AMOLED display and the under-display fingerprint sensor.
The OnePlus forums user found this out while checking the archive containing the software build features files. Inside of there, he was looking at the properties of the Nord CE 3 Lite, which included the project ID. He then saw that the same project ID was listed for the Nord N30 for the US market. Moreover, it also had a listing confirming that the phone will be made available in the US market unlocked by OnePlus and in contract with T-Mobile also. There is also an FCC ID for the Nord N30 hidden in the software.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is priced at Rs 19,999 (approximately $250; AU$ 365) for the base 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 21,999 (approximately $270; AU$ 400).

The device has been launched in Pastel Lime and Chromatic Gray colour options and will be made available in the Indian market starting April 11.
OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite: Specifications
OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite sports a 6.72-inch full HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with the Adreno 619 GPU. The device comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

For security, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and facial recognition support. It runs Google's Android 13 operating system with the company's own OxygenOS 13.1 skin on top. All of this is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W SuperVOOC wired charging.
Coming to the cameras, the device features a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 108-megapixel Samsung HM6 primary sensor with EIS support. The supplementary shooters include a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, it sports a 16-megapixel sensor for capturing selfies.
