Instagram now lets users add hashtags and profiles in their bio

Social media Giant, Instagram is keen on making the experience even better for its users. They recently added a new feature to help the user in expressing themselves even more. Instagram now lets users add hashtag and profile links in the bio. Now user can include a # or @ in their bio and they become live links. These love links will lead to a hashtag page or another profile. Last year, in December the company rolled out a feature giving users ability to follow hashtags. Now this will allow users to flaunt the hashtags they follow. Also, traditionally hashtags on Instagram are representative of users interests.

"With hashtag and profile links in your bio, you can express yourself and your interests right in your profile. Whether you’re a #guitarlover, into #pencilsketching or have a #makeuptutorial account, now you can link to any hashtag or profile you want."

Instagram users can now add a hashtag or profile link in their bio. This can be done by tapping on ‘Edit Profile’. In the next page, users can add a # or @ in bio section to create live links on a hashtag page or for another profile. Instagram also shows live suggestions like it shows on new post or search page. This will help users discover new hashtags while adding the once they know. All the hashtags and profile links they add in their profile will be automatically linked without any extra effort at the user's end.

Xiaomi unveils the official Mi Mix 2S photos, but where is the selfie camera?

Chinese Electronics Manufacturer, Xiaomi has finally unveiled some photo of their latest flagship Mi Mix 2S. The company is rumored to launch the device soon. And with the press images, the company confirmed the launch as well as the design. However, we aren't able to see the selfie camera on the device. It means that the device either has a camera at the below, like Mi Mix 2 or maybe a Vivo Apex concept styled? However, the second option seems kinda a lot to ask.

Mi Mix 2S

Whatever approach the company took to embed the sensors and the front camera is working. As there are no bezels at the top and neither there is a Notch. This differentiates this phone from almost every other Notch phone. Nowaday's Android smartphones manufacturers are copying iPhone X and including an ugly Notch at the top.

What do we know about the Mi Mix 2S?

Mi Mix 2S

The Mi Mix 2s is one of the best screens to body ratio of the smartphone ever. It won't have a completely full-screen ratio, as the images depict. The images depict a small bezel at the bottom. This enables Xiaomi to remove the ugly Notch from the top, which is appreciated.

The upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is rumored to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Furthermore, it is going to be the company's first smartphone with Wireless Charging support. However, we won't be seeing a dual camera setup at the back as the images from Xiaomi’s Weibo account proofs.

The design of the Mi Mix 2s from the images is almost similar to the Mi Mix 2. Also, the name suggests that the new smartphone will be just a refresh of the old smartphone and not a completely new smartphone.

PUBG now available on Android and iOS, How to download and much more

One of the most popular games of 2017 on PC was the Player Unknowns Battlegrounds. It was one of the most streamed games last year on youtube and twitch. However, now the game is available on both Android and iOS in India, the US, and other countries. The game, commonly known as PUBG is right now free to download but is over 900mb in size. It has been developed by the games PC developer, Tenecent.

PUBG Mobile Android

PUBG Mobile, the version launched on Android and iOS is basically the same as on PC. The game got a beta launch in Canada last Friday. However, now the game has been rolling out as a final build for many reasons. The very short testing period is likely because of its competition Fortnite. It is another online multiplayer battle royal style game. It was launched on iOS last month. Fortnite took the top spot from PUBG at the start of 2018. Since then it has skyrocketed with topping iTunes charts in 47 countries. According to the claims by the company, the Fortnite players have spent more than a million dollars on in-app purchases. What's more interesting is that the game is available on invite-only basis right now.

PUBG Mobile

PUBG's competition Fortnite also skyrocketed when popular singer Drake participated in a Twitch live stream of the game. With PUBG popularizing the battle royale styled gameplay and Fortnite now stealing its success. The PUBG developers are looking for anything that can increase figured. That's the true reason for a short testing period, at least as we think.

PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile runs on Unreal Engine 4. Its rounds support 100 players just like the PC version. It has also in-game commands to talk to other players. The company claims that the mobile variants also has powerful anti-cheat measures in place. Tencent Games recommends an iPhone 6 or above, and Android 5.1.1 and at least 2GB RAM. Also, anyone who ever played knows a good internet connection is a must.

We took a look at the PUBG mobile on Android. We used a Galaxy S8 for the purpose. On a high-end device like that the game ran extremely smooth. However being an avid PC gamer, playing on with the touchscreen controls are set back some people. For many, it will be a good rewarding session. The only thing that doesn't match the PC is PUBG mobile only has Third person perspective mode while the PUBG for PC offers Third person perspective as well as First person perspective.
