South Korean Electronics Manufacturer, Samsung officially unveiled two new smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ are finally official. The company posted with the smartphones on their official international website.

However, only the specifications are mentioned and not the price. The A6 duo's design and camera are being promoted as their main point. The Duo comes in a variety of colours including Black, Gold, Blue, and Lavender colours. Both the A6 and the A6+ will be available starting mid-may. However, it will be only available in select European, Asian and Latin American markets. However, the duo will be released in additional markets throughout South Korea, Africa and China later on.

Starting with the display, the duo sports the same display as the Samsung's Galaxy S, Galaxy Note series. The smaller Galaxy A6 gets a 5.6-inch HD+ (720x1480 pixels) display while the larger  Galaxy A6+ sports a larger 6.0-inch full-HD+ (1080x2220 pixels) display. Both of them feature a Samsung Infinity Display with 18.5:9 display and curved display.

In terms of raw internals, The A6 and the A6+ comes with octa-core 1.6GHz and octa-core 1.8GHz SoC, respectively. Both of these handsets come with 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage or 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variants. Both of these smartphones support microSD cards of up to 256GB capacities. They also are based on Android 8.0 Oreo and comes with the Samsung Bixby suite.

As for the optics, the Samsung Galaxy A6 gets a single 16-megapixel autofocus rear sensor with f/1.7 aperture. The Galaxy A6+, however, gets a dual rear camera setup with a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a secondary 5-megapixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture. For the selfies, the Galaxy A6 gets a 16-megapixel front camera and the Galaxy A6+ get a 24-megapixel front sensor, both with an aperture of f/1.9. The smaller Galaxy A6 comes with 3000mAh battery while the larger A6+ comes with 3500mAh unit.

The price of the Galaxy A6 and the A6+ was not been revealed, but here are some alternatives compared to expected price.
