Smartphones have become a major part of our lives and people use it to get various tasks done. Some use the smartphone for just making calls and sending text messages while others find particular features on a smartphone. Over the years smartphone cameras have become much better and now even compete with DSLRs. However, what catches the interest of most people is the front-camera of a smartphone as clicking a selfie have become a trend now. Brands like Oppo and Vivo come up with smartphones like Oppo F5 and Vivo V7+ that are particularly made or selfies.
Here is a list of smartphones that are selfie-centred and come with good front-facing cameras. The list of devices is in no particular order.
Vivo is a Chinese brand that boasts its smartphones that are mainly focused on Camera and Music. The company recently launched its flagship Vivo V7+ which is also focused on selfies. The smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus and a LED flash. The device comes with a 24-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for great selfies.
Oppo is another Chinese smartphone manufacturer that comes from the same parent company as Vivo, BBK Electronics. The company focuses on delivering smartphones with great selfie capturing capabilities. Oppo recently unveiled the Oppo F5 in India which is a flagship offering from the company. The Oppo F5 comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8, phase detection autofocus and a LED flash. Up front, there is a 20-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Gionee, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer also has a few smartphone in its portfolio that comes with great selfie capabilities. The Gionee A1 comes with a 5.5-inch AMOLED panel and a massive 4,010mAh battery. The smartphone features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus and LED flash. At the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
Asus, the Taiwanese tech giant, does not entirely focusses on camera but launches smartphones with different capabilities to attract all sort of audience. The company recently launched the ZenFone 4 series under which the company also unveiled the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro. The Selfie Pro features a 16-megapixel camera at the back with EIS, phase detection autofocus and a dual tone LED flash. Up front, there is a dual camera setup with a LED flash for selfies. The dual-camera setup consists of a 12-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 coupled with an 8-megapixel sensor.
Samsung, the South Korean giant, has a huge portfolio of devices and it is one of the most trusted brands by most people. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display. For optics, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel camera at the back with f/1.7 aperture, autofocus and a LED flash. Up front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie shooter with f/1.9 aperture and a selfie flash.
